Does Otrivin Helps In Clearing The Nose Blockage?

I have an asthma. I am 30 years old. My doctor prescribe me Esiflo 250 inhaler. From last 2 years am taking the same as 3 puff every day morning. But currently am suffering for short breathing problem, though am taking the same. Currently I am suffering for another problem, due to caught and cold , all the time my Nose is blocked. When am using Otrivin nasal spray. It’s open for 5-6 hours and again the same nose block problem arises. So, my query is , shall I need to change my inhaler ?? Is the Otrivin is the best option for my problem ?? The nasal problem is currently ruin my daily life. Please help.

Otrivin is available as overthe counter drug.Continuous use of otrivin can lead to increasing nasal block,a term called rhinitis medicamentosa.So stop otrivin consult your ent for your allergic rhinitis.
