I have an asthma. I am 30 years old. My doctor prescribe me Esiflo 250 inhaler. From last 2 years am taking the same as 3 puff every day morning. But currently am suffering for short breathing problem, though am taking the same. Currently I am suffering for another problem, due to caught and cold , all the time my Nose is blocked. When am using Otrivin nasal spray. It’s open for 5-6 hours and again the same nose block problem arises. So, my query is , shall I need to change my inhaler ?? Is the Otrivin is the best option for my problem ?? The nasal problem is currently ruin my daily life. Please help.
