Does Oxycontin Tablets Cause Constipation?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have severe spinal stenosis and also on oxycontin for pain mangement. i suffer from constipation. Is it the narcotic or the stenosis? is surgery required if caused from the spine?
