Does PCOS Cause Irregular Menstrual Periods?

Hi doctor, I have PCOS and i face issue of irregular periods so often. Rest everything is fine. No Diabetes, thyroid, sugar tests were normal, Hormone test were normal.. issue was in ultrasound.. bulky ovaries and so many cysts were found,,, Please suggest......

PCOS is one of the reasons for irregular menstruation. Even though you don't have any other issue ovarian cysts need proper treatment. I assume you are seeking medical help from a gynecologist.
