Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
No PCOS does not cause pain in abdomen and back with blood in stools. Your missed period should be related to polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
However pain in abdomen & back and blood in stools should be related to some other problem. First of all you are not sure that the bleeeding came from anus or during defecation. bleeding from anus is commonly due to hemorrhoids, intestinal infection, etc.
It could be bleeding from urinary tract too. Most common cause of bleeding from urethra & lower abdominal pain is urinary tract infection. The bleeding might also be slight spotting from vagina.

So all together your problem should be properly investigated & then treated.

Hope this information helps
