Hi.
As per your case history of acne, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Don't apply panderm cream as it contains steroid which may worsen the condition.
3. Apply a clindamycin gel like Glocin twice daily on affected skin.
4. Other treatment options are oral doxycyline, minocycline and isotretinoin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
