Does Penicillin Cause Abdominal Cramps And Bleeding?

I have started penicillin for an infection about 6-days ago and today I noticed blood on the tissue about a quarter size after I made a bowel movement. The was nothing in the bowl or in my stool. Might I ad on occasion I do take an aspirin maybe every 10 to 15 days at times longer but not since I started the penicillin. Can the penicillin or aspirin be causing the bleeding. I also feel a slight cramping on my belly. This has never happened before.
