Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

As per your case history, your boyfriend is having allergic dermatitis. My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply an antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily.
3. Take an anti-histamine medication like levocetirizine twice daily.

If the problem persists then consult a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
