Does Picc Replacement Lead To Muscle Spasms?

I have a picc line in my right arm. I have had it for 3 weeks. It is being used to treat severe hyperemesis associated with pregnancy. I have a zofran pump in one lumen and D5LR in the second lumen. For the last few days I have been getting alot of muscle cramps and spasms in the right arm from fingertip to the shoulder. It is only in the right arm. Is this a common side effect of Picc placement?
