Does Plaquenil Affect The Flow Of Blood During Menstruation?

I have taken plaquenil BID for 2-3 years. However since recently increasing to TID, my period is heavier...I have RA and Fibromyalgia, am 52 and have been having light periods soon to stop......I hope......can the Plaquenil be affecting this? Thanks Sue
