Does Postinor2 Cause Cancer?

Miss can i know that if the postinor2 can cause cancer? i feel very pain in my stomach , its been 4 days now, during intercause i feel so painful i cant walk. few days i ve been eating alot and feel bloating and i also been to motion not like usual days. i just dont know whats going on with my body because i use to take postinor alot of time , i did not know it can cause cancer .please do help me. i am 21 years old and my name is khatijah aini. thank you miss.
