Does Prilosec Causes Kidney Failure?

I have been having a lot of pressure when I need to urinate. I find myself having to hold for awhile because the sudden urge to urinate comes on very fast. I am diabetic type 2 and also take prilosec prescription form which has a warning about causing kidney problems, so what do you suggest could be the problem?

Hi dear, prilosec is an antacid but its one of the rarest side effect is increase urge for urination and since you are type 2 DM you are feeling it more. so please consult your doctor and take advise weather you can avoid taking it. hope this will help thanks and stay healthy Dr.Sohil
