Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

Norethisterone is a pregnancy X category drug, which means it should not be used in pregnancy or in woman who are planning to get pregnant. It could cause adverse effects to foetus if taken during pregnancy time. You should have tested for pregnancy possibility as your period didnot come in january.
Also norethisterone intake cannot cause positive pregnancy test. Therefore you are pregnant for sure. You should consult a gynaecologist & an ultrasound should be done for checking foetus growth, heart rate etc. If an abnormaly in growth of foetus is found than abortion of foetus may be indicated.

Refer to your gynaecologist
Hope this information helps
