Does Primolut Intake During Pregnancy Cause Any Complication?

Hi i got my last period on 14 april 2017 and after that removed my copper-T. one maonth later i had to travel and as i didnt get my epriods by 13th May 2017 i didnt get my periods and i had to travel from 18th May. I took primolut 5 mg thrice a day from 13 may to 25 may. but didnt get periods till 5th june. On 6th June i got to know that i was pregnant. Is it okay to continue with the pregnancy
