Does Progynova 1mg Intake Help In Increasing Endometrial Thickness?

Hi mam . I want to conceive thru iui . My follical study started on 11 day after period. Eggs in both ovaries are ok but endo is 4.6 mm n my doctor prescribed me progynova 1mg three time a day . My question s is this medicine help to increase endo level

Hi,

Progynova is having estradiol.

It is active form of estrogen (female reproductive hormone).

It is main hormone needed for endometrial maturing (able to recieve egg for fertilization).

So this will definitely help in increasing thickness of endometrium.

And hence chances of your pregnancy will also increase.
