Hi there, I ve been on propranolol 40mg three time per day for almost 6 months after an electrophysiology test for pattern Wolf Parkinson White.I ve done the electrophysiology test and my doctor said that I had a wpw parahisian intermittent benign with exclusive anterograde so no ablation has been done.I did this test cuz back in march I passed out for 4-5 seconds.The problem is that after I started to take this drug I m always tired, dizzy,lack of balance, feeling week in my left hand and foot, dry eyes, change in libido.My BP usually is around 11/7 on the right hand and 12/13/6 on the left one.Are all this side effects of this med ?
Dear all the symptoms you have mentioned is the side effects of propranolol.But dizziness may be due to intermittent arrthyhmia may cause hypotension and dizziness.
please consult your treating doctor he may advice alternative anti arrythemic agent.
