Does Propranonal Cause Softer Stools And Low Pulse Rate?

I have recently started using 10mg propranonal twice a day. I have notice my bowel movements are somewhat soft. I am not going more regularly though. Is this normal. Also I have noticed that my pulse rate can go down as low as 56 and struggles to get much above 60, at times I felt quite odd when I exercise or go up a large flight of stairs.
