Irregular or slow heart rate is from the side effects of Prozac that falls in the category of not known if and how often it gives that side effect. If I was your caring doctor, I would recommend to consider switching to another drug for your anxiety, since it gives you bothersome side effects; and if after stopping them the problem continues then consider check-up the heart to a local physician to make sure that its not a problem that needs specific treatment.
