Does Qsymia Cause Dry Nose And Sore Throat?

Yes I have been taking qsymia for four days know and I have had a dry nose and a sore throat it hurt to swallow it feels like strep and I have been running a low grade temp what kind of over the counter medicine can I take to help ease the pain and get rid of it. Do u think this is a side affect to the medicine.
