Does RCinex For TB Cause Eczema?

My father has been diagnosed with TB and has been advised RCinex 600/300. He started taking them from today in morning with empty stomach. But he having eczema after that. What is the correct time to take the medicine? Shall we consult the doctor again or is this a common side effect? Please answer
