Does Reclast Cause Chest Pain And Nausea?

If I had a reaction to Boniva , like bad chest pains , would I have problems with Reclast? I have heard a side effect from reclast is nausea . Is this just for a day or so or for long time since this is a once a year treatment? Also I can t take advil , aleve or my arthritis medicine because I have an ulcer in my colon . Will reclast effect my colon in any way? Thank you , Denise Kuhn
