hiii sir, my name is varsha am 22 years old , iam suffering from neck apin in right side , physioteraphy doctor said its a nerve weakness so that doctor suggest me that take renerve plus injection for four doses ,is renerve plus injection safe or not is there any side effects for taking that injection,can you please tell me doctor what i have to do?

neck pain at this age may be mostly due to muscle strain,unlikely due to nerve problem. so, kindly do neck exercises which may be helpful for your recovery.
