Hello ma'am and welcome.

You have heard correct, some patients diagnosed to have SLE suffer complications which makes it difficult to conceive. But this is not the case with all. Consult a specialist who will elaborately evaluate you to assess whether or not conception is an option. So there is no rate as such, it all depends on your current condition and associated complications.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
