General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Sertaline is good medicine for anxiety depression.
Its action takes some time give its maximum relief from symptoms.
Continue with 100 mg still further, gradually you will feel better in anxiety, depression bouts.
This type of medicine should always to be taken under supervision of your psychiatrist.
Do not change the dose by yourself.
Remain in follow up with your treating doctor.
Ok and take care.
