Does Sinus 77 Cause Any Side Effects?

Dear Doctor, I am using Sinus 77 tablets since last many years. Can you help me to understand its side effects and why does it works so well for me? I feel savior pain and uncontrollable, can't do any work, can't focus, mind is full of negative thoughts, internal anger and frustration.. high back pain etc..so on.. but as soon as I take this tablet in next 15 minutes everything get cool and I am back to normal way with energy and hopes. What are the reasons and alternative remedies. I go morning walk everyday and do some exercise I do get relief from that too but then after few hours I am back to same dull. thank you for your help.
