Hi, I have gone through your question. Siphene is clomiphene citrate which is a ovulation induction drug given for inducing ovulation and thus increasing the chances of getting pregnant. It has to be taken under the supervision of an OBGYN specialist, because you may need follicular monitoring and hCG injection for follicle rupture, if required. You should continue taking thyroid medication and folic acid tablet in the meantime. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health. Regards, Dr Deepti verma
