Does Sjogren S Cause Pain In Upper Shin Radiating To Hip?

I have sjogrens and osteoarthritis in my feet, hands, knees, shoulders, neck and back and i have bursitis and i have fibromyalga and now I m having pain in my upper right growing and my shin, the pain goes throu my hip does that have to do with the sjogrens?

HI
This isn't related to the Sjogren's but you need an MRI of your lumbar spine to check for a ruptured disc that is compressing a nerve root
