Does Sucrafil O Gel Contain High Dose Of Sugars?

sucrafil o gel (sucralfate and oxetacaine suspension) was prescribed to my dad, a 20 year diabetic with high blood pressure, treated for cancer (underneath the cheek) for the last 3 years, had the 1st heart attack 2weeks ago and later found to suffer from gastritis. doesn't it contain high dose of sugars?
