Does Susten200 Or SuatenVT 200 Or Duphastan Or Folinine-D Cause Constipation?

hi.i m 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant. my doc have given me susten 200 from earlier suaten vt 200, duphaston and folinine - D. i am facing lot of constipation problem. doc have given me glycerin suppositories u.s.p. and duflac syrup for constipation.still i am facing lot of problem.my query is which are the medicine mentioned abv can cause constipation? and how long i am suppose to keep glycerin suppositories u.s.p. inside before i go for motion?i also have little problem of fissure for which same doc have given me diltiazem 2% gel. i use xylocaine 2%.
