Does Synthroid 50 Mg Tablet Cause Lightheadedness?

I have been experiencing lightheadedness for 3 months. I am on Synthroid 50mcg and am perimenopausal. Do you think this is causing the lightheadedness? Had blood checked. Sugar and iron within normal limits. Heart sounded okay. I am a 46 year old female.
