Does Telekast Treat Cough?

My daughterhas developed a cough not continuous but at intervals from evening till she sleeps sometimes in mornings then whole day fine.just dry cough ..but not suffering from cold ..she is 13 years old immunity low suffering from high vitamin d deficiency.can she take telekast l every alternate day ..will it help this cough to go away...
