Does Terconazole Vaginal Cream Help To Treat UTI?

Hello....i have a burning sensation when i pee and the feeling to urinate constantly even tho i know i hardly have urine. I believe from two past experiences that it is a UTI. Can i take terconazole vaginal cream to treat it or is it strictly for yeast infections. I dreally appreciate an answer...the pain can be unbearable. Thank You.

After going through your case, it is likely to be a urinary tract infections.

As this is occurring repeatedly I want to know more about you.
1) Your age and gender.
2)Any associated illnesses like Diabetes.
3) Your sexual history.

I will advise you following investigation
1) complete blood count.
2) Urine microscopic Examination.
3) kidney function test.
4) Ultrasonography of abdomen.
5) urine culture and sensitivity

In the meantime drink plenty of water. And use syrup cital one teaspoon in glass of water.
Cital helps in making urine alkaline and decrease the burning.

Terconazole cream is anti fungal. Its use in your case is zero as it is mostly a bacterial urinary tract infection and not vaginal fungal infection.
