Does UTI Lead To Spots Around Vagina?

I have lots of pain in my vagina when I wee, it burns and stings. I had little bits of blood, I have been to the doctors and they have said its a UTI and given me antibiotics, it is going abit easier now but I have recently noticed that I have got a few spots around my vagina. Is this to do with the UTI?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Urinary tract infection (UTI) will not lead to development of spots around the vagina.
The spots are occurring due to some other cause.
First of all it is important to treat the UTI so taken the entire course of antibiotics.
Once the course is complete, repeat the urine routine test to assess the effect of treatment.
Thereafter you may consult your gynecologist preferably for the spots and their management.

Thanks and take care
