hello, my mother in law has been taking venlafazine and she doesn t know why, could you tell me what s it for and side effects please? she has been having bad constipation, is that why maybe? please send info to YYYY@YYYY thank you

Hi.Thanks for writing on HCM.
Less than 1% of the patients taking venlafaxine experience constipation, loss of appetite, dry mouth etc.I were to switch on an alternate drug if this is very trouble some.Hope this answers your query.
