Does Vyvanse Damage The Liver Or Other Organs?

Hello Dr. I take sometimes vyvasen 30 mg. in the morning around 8 am and around 730 0r 8 pm I have some wine some time I don't have wine and my stool next day is dark/runny or hard. I also take zantac for heartburn. Also if vyvasen make me too anxious I may take some xanax. Am I damaging my liver or other organs with vyvasen ?
