Does Warfarin Affect The Sperm Count In A Male?

my partner is on the drug warfarin for the rest of his life, and hopefully within the next year or so we would like to try for a baby, could you please tell me if Warfarin affects his sperm count, and does he actually need to come off the drug before we start trying?
