Does X-ray Report With No Scar Signify No TB?

Dear Dr. Dinesh Goyal, my cousin had TB five years ago. On her chest X-Rays at that time, only discreet scarring change was visible. Now she took a new X-Ray scan and it shows no scars. Could you please check her scan because she wants to be sure there are no scars left before she asks for a UAE visa? Thank you.
