Does A 145 Reading After 2 Hours Of Eating Mean High Blood Sugar ?

I have not been diagnosed with diabetes, but my fiancee has. I did have the gestational diabetes when I was pregnant in 2004, so I started feeling wierd like I did then. My finacee checked my sugar with his meter nad it read 145 and it has been 2hrs after I ate, Is that normal or high?
