Does A TPHA Serum Result Indicating The Presence Of Antibodies Against The Treponema Pallidum Bacteria Mean I Have Syphilis?

Hi ma’am , I have got a result of 1:80 for tpha serum and the result shows positive from metropolis lab , does that mean I have syphilis ! I am really worried and need to know urgently pls What further should I do ? Are there more tests to be done to confirm the issue
