Does A Blood Test Or Urine Test Determine Pregnancy?

Hi,last month on 19th I found out that I m pregnant via urine test and I decided to took the blood test because I was bleeding,and the blood test came back positive.now on 15th of this month I went to hospital for checkup the doctor told me that he doesn t see nothing inside my womb it s just a white line and urine test said negative.so I m just wondering that I m still preg or what

Well it seems that you were pregnant that was why last month your urine and blood test turned out to be positive for pregnancy.The bleeding you mentioned you had was most probably due to miscarriage.In the initial days of abortion pregnancy test remains positive but then it becomes weakly positive and with passage of time it becomes negative within few days.That is why your latest urine test(HCG) came negative.Miscarriage must have been complete one which means that all the products of conception have passed out and that is why ultrasound scan is showing nothing.Conclusion is that you are not pregnant presently.
If you knew you are pregnant then why did not you consulted your OBGY doctor when bleeding started?Pregnancy could have been saved perhaps in that case.Anyways,hope you got a better understanding and insight.
