Does A Bout Of Cold And Fever After Nipple Piercing Need Medical Attention?

I got my nipples pierced and a dermal piercing Friday. Now I m sick with a fever, body aches, slight stuffy nose and a dry cough. I d been on antibiotics after a tooth extraction last week. But had been off them for two or three days. The piercing sites are not red, or hot and show no sign of infection and I took the dermal came out today (for work reasons). I m sure it s probably just a cold but the fever and aches do have me concerned. Wondering if I need to seek medical care or just let it run it s course?
