Does A Change In Menstrual Cycle Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi, We re trying to conceive. I was expecting my periods on 16th but it did not happen and I tested negative for home pregnancy test. Later I got my periods on 19th, which would have the last day of my periods if happened on time. Shall I still keep hopes for pregnancy or this cycle is also wasted with no positive results. Please suggest. Thanks.

Hi,

If you had a scanty period after 3 days delay in periods. There is a possibility of it being implantation bleeding & to exclude/confirm pregnancy at this stage I would suggest.

- Hech blood pregnancy test immediately
-Or, Ito (home pregnancy test after one week of expected date of periods.

*Even if pregnant y is excluded after one of these tests. Don't be discouraged, there is always hope at next period. Consult your doctor &try more accurately next time with a positive attitude.
