Does A Cut On Penis Head Heal Like Normal Skin?

Hi, I cut my cock forhead (gland) by accident. I think with long nail.
It bled quite then it stopped. Now there is a cut of 2-3mm and a crust sort of. A bit swallen.
Will it go with a time like on a normal skin?
'Cos this skin is very tender, like in a mouth.
I am very worried, it never happened to me (50yr old).

Hi,
Nothing to worry, it will heal like other minor cut.
apply antibiotic cream locally.
If soreness and swelling is there you might require one antibiotic medicine course for 3 days.
