Does A Delayed Period With Bleeding And Clotting Indicate A Miscarriage?

hi im 24. lat monday i did a clear blue preg test which said i was 2 weeks preg. i had all the signs that i was preg to. then i noticed that i was 3 days late for my montly but then come on and noticed fluidy red blood with clots. a week later and the blood has turned brown. do u think that i have lost the pregnancy? i am confused eause when i started my monthly the preg symtoms stopped but today i am starting to notice thm again? please help me
