Does A Delayed Period With Craving, Tiredness And Abdominal Pain Signify Pregnancy?

Last month I had my period 21 days out of the month and this month i haven't gotten it. I have also had craving, been tired, been emotional, have had back and adominal pain, and have gained 16 lbs in a month. I was wondering if it could mean i'm pregnant?

Hello dear
Understand your concern
Yes delayed period with craving, tiredness and abdominal pain are the presumptive symptoms of pregnancy.
But pregnancy is possible if you had unprotected sexual intercourse in the unsafe time of your period.
You should go for pregnancy confirmation, if period will delay by 10-12 days.
Confirmation of pregnancy should be done by pregnancy test or blood HCG/USG scan (more confirmatory than urine pregnancy kit).
So better confirmation should be done by testing so go for testing.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
