Hello doctor My TREPONEMA PALLIDUM HEMAGGLUTINATION POSITIVE (1:2560) 2 months before then I take treatment Now my TREPONEMA PALLIDUM HEMAGGLUTINATION POSITIVE (1:1280) It s mean My treatment was working or I still have syphilis ? I m planning to travel gulf countries so with this test I can pass in my medical test or not

Hello,

Yes. The infection rate is dropped but we cannot rule out that syphilis has gone from your body as of now. This is because TPHA will be positive in old treated syphilis also. Your count says it is still strongly positive, so do a VDRL titer test to assess the present rate of infection.
