Does A Faint Positive After An Hour Of Taking Pregnancy Test Mean Pregnancy?

hi i stopped taken cerazette at the end of feb i then had a bleed for 5 days now it has been 40 days since then and still no sign of my period, i did a cheap pregnancy test on the day i thought my period was due and it was negative but an hour later it was showing a faint postive, could i be pregnant?

Yes surely two lines indicate positive test for pregnancy.
line near T zone is sometimes lighter due to-
1. Delayed conception
2. Diluted urine.
It is suggested to do the test on morning's first sample of urine to get proper result.
