Does A Hard Lump On My Shin From A Fall Need Medical Attention?

mountaineering accident, fall of over 500meters, tumbling and rolling on rocks at the end, happened end of July, several radiographs taken at the time and no broken bones, everything has healed, bruises, hematomas, contusions,etc... but on my left shin that had a small lump at the time of the fall, there now appears to be a mass that seems solid with the shinbone, no discoloration and painful at times after a walk or bike ride or standing for a long time!!! Should I see a doctor or will it disappear?P.S. the mass is as large as a half a grapefruit.

Hi, dear. I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your radiograph is normal so no chance of fracture bone. So it may be some haematoma. It will be healed by itself. No further treatment is required. If it doesn't heal then go for biopsy.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
