Does A High HBA1C Done Months Ago Mean I M Diabetic ?

Hi i am jatin and my Random Blood Sugar is 249, weight 110 KG and height 6.3 . Doctor advised HBA1C done last 6 months back and it came very high. DO you think i am diabetic and also i am having sore throat and high fever and taking medicine will medicines also increases Blood Sigar

HBA1c is a test that checks the average sugar value for past 3 months so if its very high then definitely you are diabetic irrespective of whether you are on medicines or you are on any high calorie diet .

I advise you consult your doctor soon and start Diabetic medications along with diabetic dieting and aerobic exercise .
