Does A Lump On The Cervix Mean I Have Cervical Cancer ?

hi i have just come home from the doctors as i have been bleeding after intercourse, my gp did an internal and said that there is a lump on my cervix and wants to refer me to the hospital for further test. I had a smear test 2 years ago which was clear. Could i have cervical cancer.
