Does A Morning After Pill Cause False Positive Result In A Drug Test?

Hi i recently done 2 urinalysis tests for drugs and the first test was negative the day after i done the same test but i had the morning after pill 3 hrs Before i did the second test and it came up positive for ingesting methamphetamine i do not do drugs at all is it possible that the morning after pill caused a false positive result that is the only thing i ingested

Some of the medications that cause false positive results for methamphetamine include antidepressants like amitriptyline, welbutrin, allergy medication like benadryl, NSAIDs like Advil, aleve, ADHD medication like Ritalin etc.
